The photo-book Gestures within Gestures, taken from the same body of work as my Gestures project, draws further on Deleuzian folding space through the cutting away and layering of my architectural imagery. Each artwork flows into the next, in a fluid almost biological layering of concrete, brick, metal and colour. This methodology lends itself to the book format as a way to create an interwoven, ever changing image that suggests the need to uncover and discover with each turn of the page.
